David Roberts (Scotland) 1796-1864

La Tere Sainte, Vues et Monuments is a set of Duo-tone lithographs done in 1852. The French were copying his images from his great set of lithographs (Views of Egypt, Nubia, and the Holy Land).  To counter this he published this set of lithographs in Brussels.  The images are identical to those in the English edition but in small folio form.
